Prom is approaching very quickly. Here are some of the rules to follow and the information needed to have a fun, exciting time.
PROM INFO
– The theme is “A Night Under the Floating Lights”
– Prom is being held April 12th, 2024, at Bella Terra Estate, 500 Highway 89 East, Cabot, AR 72023.
– It opens at 7:00 pm and closes at 11 pm.
– Tickets are $50.00 per person and will be sold April 2nd, 2024. CASH ONLY
– Tickets are being sold by Ms. Duncan or Mrs. Scallon in room 12-306 (can only be purchased by a junior or senior.)
– Last day to buy tickets is April 11th (no refunds.)
– Each student recieves 2 tickets, one for Grand March and the other for Prom entry (the first 200 students to arrive will recieve a t-shirt.)
– Attendance on Prom day is mandatory (Students must be at school and present for at least half a day, or 4 class periods.)
GUEST INFO
– A guest MUST be under the age of 21, and at least a sophmore in highschool
– The guest must have some form of picture identification (I.D. badge, Driver’s License, etc.)
– Must submit a guest form if guest is a sophomore (you can find the form in your email) and turn it in by April 10th at noon.
– Fines and fees for the school must be paid off in full to Ms. Choat in the library (Media Center)
– Grand March will be held in front of the arena at Sylvan Hills High School (line up at 4:45 pm, the March will start at 5:00 pm) you must line up on time, or you will not be allowed participation, and must have your Grand March ticket (see above for information) in order to attend.
DRESS CODE POLICY
– Dress must be appropriate and formal (no bandeau tops, no bikini tops, no high slits, no revealing cleavage.)
– If you have any problems/question/concerns with your dress, talk to Ms. Duncan, Mrs. Scallon, Ms. Devun, or Ms. Wallace.
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
– When you enter the Prom venue, at the Bella Terra Estate grounds, you must remain inside the venue until you are ready to leave.
– You will NOT be allowed to re-enter the Prom after you leave the venue (going to your vehicle counts.)
– For safety precautions, no parents will be allowed at Bella Terra.
– Parents dropping off or picking up students must stay in their vehicles.
– Pictures will be available at the Grand March.
