Marching Season has officially come to an end. Sylvan Hills band has gone hard all season, leading them to state competitions. This was held at War Memorial Stadium on November 1st. 

Although they didn’t win, they did put their best on the field. This was the last marching competition  for a few students. All of the seniors in the band are Alexis Weeks, Caileigh McGuire, Da’Mon Bryant, Caleb Stafford, Brenton Jarrod Muhammad, Kallyn Davis, Ja’Khia Wiliams, Tristan Brown, Adison Smedley, Macayla Chandler, Kennadee Lindsey, Dennissa Harris, Alejandro Almazon, Peyton Cook, Grant Lewis, Leah LeVar, Tyler Forst, Michael Barker, Shaun Rickleton, Terrion Hughes, Briley Mathis, Aydan Milby, and Brennan Charleston. 

All of them are very satisfied with how they finished the season. The band received a score of 75.6,  which is a huge improvement from last year. Next year they will surely get a superior. Now, the band enters concert season. Hope to see you there!
