 Mrs. Anderson teaches AP Literature in building 12 room 205. She has been teaching for 14 years, the last 2 of which have been at Sylvan Hills High School. Her favorite unit to teach is Zora Neale Hurston’s Their Eyes Were Watching God .  You may not know that Mrs. Otten, the art teacher, is her sister. 

“I chose teaching because I think education is the best form of giving equal opportunity in life.”, Mrs. Anderson said.
