The Sylvan Hills Lady Bears basketball team is set to take on the Warriors Of Little Rock Christian Academy Friday, December 13 at Sylvan Hills High School Arena. Tip-off is set for 6:00 p.m. sharp. Tickets will be sold at the door for $5 upon entering the Arena. The lady Bears come into this game 3-3 after a tough overtime loss 56-52 against Searcy on this past Tuesday.

Junior Khamari Turner had this to say about the upcoming game against LRCA, “I think we’ll win if we come out with high energy and play good defense out the gate.” Turner also added, “If we execute on offense this game should go down in the win column.”

The Warriors are coming into this game 6-1 after a fresh win against Benton Tuesday night at LRCA, The final score was 66-33 LRCA. They will be on the road looking to add another W to their record. Will the Bears of Sylvan Hills claw their way to victory?

Junior Jaci Rainey said, “I think that we will perform well if we stick together as a team and don’t let outside noise affect us.” Rainey continued, “We are a strong team when are all doing our job and scoring.”
