When asked about his favorite football memory, Nigel Casey said Friday night games with his teammates were moments he’ll never forget. “Just being out there with the team, hearing the crowd, and playing the game we love made every night special,” Casey said.

Football has also taught Casey an important life lesson: discipline. He explained that the sport showed him the value of hard work, staying committed, and pushing through challenges no matter how difficult things get.

As high school comes to an end, Casey says he’ll miss spending time with his friends and teammates the most. The memories made during practices, games, and everyday moments are what made high school meaningful to him.

Casey hopes people will remember him as someone who worked hard, stayed positive, and supported those around him. If he could relive one day of high school, he said it would be one of the football game nights, because of the excitement and energy shared with the team.

For the underclassmen, Casey leaves one piece of advice: “Enjoy every moment because high school goes by fast.”
