The Sylvan Hills Quiz Bowl team journeyed to Marion, Arkansas, on the morning of Saturday, March 7th, 2026, for the 6A East Quizbowl conference. Our SH Bears enjoyed a day of spirited competition against formidable opponents, notably Searcy and Marion. Despite the tough matchups, they achieved a decisive 100-point victory over Jacksonville. While the team reached the state level last year, finishing in the top four, many members felt they performed even better this year. This improvement was attributed to a more strategic approach, with individual members concentrating on specific knowledge areas. Ultimately, Sylvan Hills Quizbowl secured an impressive 4th place ranking.
