Sylvan Hills High School recognized five longtime educators and one administrator today for their years of service and dedication to students.
Retiring teachers include James Pruitt, Melissa Duncan, Larie Scallon, Andrea Harris and Todd Romaine.
In addition, administrator Timothy Hopson is retiring after a distinguished career in education and school leadership.
Throughout their careers, these educators have made a lasting impact on countless students, families and colleagues through their commitment to academic excellence, mentorship and service to the school community. Their dedication has helped shape the culture and success of Sylvan Hills High School for many years.
Retirement marks the close of an important chapter, but the influence these educators leave behind will continue to be felt for generations of students. We are grateful for their years of leadership, care and commitment to our school.
